In the book you will find the complete application along with how to position your hands correctly while doing the form. To complement the book, i have included the a 30 minute DVD with the form performed with overhead footage combined while being performed, the DVD menu will allow you to choose each section of interest and note the common errors people make in that particular section, each section is just a couple of minutes long an to the point so no rambling on and to the point.
